Who these terms apply to

By buying a ticket through MonnasPass you agree to these terms. They apply to everyone who purchases or uses a ticket for a Hoërskool Monument event.

Your ticket

• ·One QR code covers the entire group in your order — present it once at the gate for all people in your party.
• ·The QR code is sent to your WhatsApp number immediately after payment. A screenshot works fine at the gate.
• ·Keep your ticket link or screenshot safe. Lost tickets cannot be reissued.
• ·Do not share your QR code publicly — each code can only admit its stated number of people.

Payment

• ·All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). The school absorbs card processing fees — you pay the face value shown.
• ·Payment is processed securely by Yoco. We do not store your card details.
• ·Your order is confirmed only after payment is successful. A pending payment does not guarantee your seat.

Refunds & cancellations

• ·All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal circumstances.
• ·If the school cancels an event, you will be contacted and a refund will be arranged.
• ·If an event is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date. No action is needed on your part.

At the event

• ·Gate staff may scan your QR code and verify your ticket details. Please have it ready.
• ·The school has the right to refuse entry to anyone behaving in an unsafe or disruptive manner, without refund.
• ·Re-entry rules (where applicable) are set per event and shown on the event page.

Our responsibility

• ·We take reasonable care to keep the ticketing system running, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available.
• ·We are not responsible for technical problems beyond our control (e.g. your device, internet connection, or Yoco's systems).
• ·If you have a problem with your ticket, contact us at tickets@monnas.co.za before the event and we will do our best to help.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your purchase applies to your order. Continued use of MonnasPass means you accept the current terms.
