Who we are

MonnasPass is the online ticketing system for Hoërskool Monument (Krugersdorp). We collect only what we need to get your ticket to you and let you through the gate.

What we collect

• ·Phone number — so we can send your ticket via WhatsApp and verify it's really you.
• ·Email address — as a backup contact and to link your order.
• ·Payment details — handled entirely by Yoco. We never see or store your card number.
• ·Entry scan records — when and how many times your ticket was used at the gate.

Why we use it

• ·To process your ticket purchase.
• ·To send your QR ticket to you via WhatsApp.
• ·To admit you at the gate on the day of the event.
• ·To produce attendance and financial reports for the school.

Who can see your information

• ·Gate staff — can see your name and ticket status when scanning your QR code.
• ·School administrators — can see ticket and payment details for events they manage.
• ·Yoco — processes your payment under their own privacy policy.
• ·We do not sell or share your information with advertisers or other third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep your ticket and contact details for as long as needed to handle support queries and produce school reports — typically up to 2 years after the event. After that, your personal details are removed from the records.

Your rights (POPIA)

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you can:

• ·Ask what information we hold about you.
• ·Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
• ·Ask us to delete your information (where the law allows).

Cookies & tracking

We use your browser's local storage to remember your tickets between visits so you can find them easily on the home page. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
